I have left plenty of voice mails that have never been returned. Their "emergency" maintenance took over a day to call back. Their maintenance people aren't professionals and are rude when they don't think your listening. They spend more time hanging out on my back porch then they do fixing things. There are now over 50 owners and a handful rent places seasonally in our quiet waterfront community in one of the prettiest locations along the Gulf Coast.
I've lived in my fair share of apartments and this place is by far the worst. The office has so little communication with the residents we have no idea what's happening! Was closed all summer and we were given no notice. The office was closed because of short staffing and we were given no notice. Our lease was up for renewal and they never told us it was ready to sign. Over a month later we went into the office and they told us.
